Allie took her first wobbly steps today, two of them. She\’s eight months and two weeks old, and she also has ten teeth.
She\’s growing up. There\’s no stopping it.
In honor of her big feat, I want to share this photo I took on Friday. I\’m not sure what she and my mom were laughing about, but it doesn\’t matter.

I sure got lucky with the shot, but she looks like that most of the time. Despite her cranky, colicky, beginning, she is an incredibly happy and content baby. She only cries when she\’s hungry or overly tired.
